    Not worth your money if you are over 40 looking for a solid way to work out. They could drop the “at 40+” and it would be the same as any other Men’s Health work out plans.

    The book does a good job of covering stretching, diet and some exercises. While diet makes up 80% of your future weight loss, I was hoping it had covered more on exercising.
