Jar foods like pimentos, peppers, pickles, anchovies and sundried tomatoes.

Nuts and seeds: Walnuts, almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds etc.

Oils: Olive oil, safflower oil, canola oil and cooking sprays.

Flavoring: Spices, herbs and other seasonings like garlic, chilli paste, low-sodium Worcestershire sauce and soy sauces and fat-free salad dressings and mayonnaise.

Bread and cereals: Whole grain breads, bagels etc, oatmeal, low-fat granola, bran flakes and whole grain cereals.

Sugars: Male syrup, honey and molasses.

Snacks: Low-fat popcorn, sugar-free and fat-free yoghurt, pudding, applesauce etc and pretzels.
